POLICY
Equal opportunities
We have an equal opportunities policy and respect personal
privacy and religious beliefs. A copy of the policy is
available for inspection at the Pre-school. Each child
is offered an equal opportunity to partake in all activities.
Health & Safety
Any special needs of your child will be discussed and
we ask you for details of your child's medical history,
including any allergies.
You will be asked to sign a permission slip for any
occasional visits the staff may take the children
on (these are
normally kept to within the village boundaries).
As a safety precaution, the external door will
be locked
once
all the children have arrived and will remain locked
during the session. (There is a fire exit from the
Pre-school room). All visits to the Pre-school should
be arranged
with the staff.
At the end of the session, your child should be collected
promptly. In an emergency, we can be contacted on
01438 814 310. Should someone else be collecting
your child,
staff must be informed in advance. It is essential
that up-to-date contact numbers are given to staff
in case
of an accident or an emergency.
